At Sierra Winds, your well-being is our priority. Our compassionate team provides 24-hour on-site nursing services for residents, offering professional support and peace of mind day and night.
Through our partnership with Summit Healthcare, we also provide on-site outpatient rehabilitation for residents, including physical, occupational, and speech therapy. Care plans are personalized to help you maintain or regain mobility, independence, and confidence — all in the comfort of our community.
What we offer
- 24/7 nursing services from licensed professionals (RNs, LPNs, and certified nurse aides)
- On-site outpatient therapy (PT/OT/SLP) delivered by Summit Healthcare clinicians
- Resident-focused care coordination with your providers and family
- Supportive Services available in your on-campus home (e.g., bathing/dressing assistance, medication reminders, short treatment visits)

Nursing services and outpatient rehabilitation are exclusively available to Sierra Winds residents.
No. Sierra Winds does not offer inpatient skilled nursing and does not accept direct admissions for skilled nursing care.
No. Sierra Winds is not Medicare-certified. Outpatient rehabilitation for residents is delivered on campus by Summit Healthcare. Coverage and billing for outpatient therapy depend on individual insurance; our team can help you understand options.
Yes. Our team can help coordinate appropriate services, including hospice, for residents as needed.
