CNAs assist the licensed nursing staff by performing routine CNA duties and activities of daily living including dressing, grooming, eating, etc.
The RN/LPN is responsible for the accurate and timely administration of medications, treatments, documentation and emergency calls as indicated. Will provide daily supervision to assigned staff and directly provide nursing care to residents as assigned.
The cook prepares and cooks all foods in accordance with specified recipes and procedures. Assures that foods served to residents and guests of Sierra Winds are of a high quality, meeting standards of portion, doneness, freshness and presentation. Maintain kitchen and storage areas in a clean, neat and sanitary manner in accordance with state regulations.
Health Center Marketing & Admissions Liaison
The Marketing/Admissions Liaison is responsible for coordinating all Health Center admissions, marketing to the community, prompting admissions to maintain budgeted occupancy levels and being a vital part of the Health Care Center Management Team.
The HVAC Tech is responsible for maintaining all aspects of the physical building. Under supervisor direction, performs preventive maintenance, routine servicing, resident work orders, and seasonal repairs and changes to building and equipment.
The Housekeeper performs a variety of housekeeping and laundry service duties to maintain the facility in a neat, orderly and sanitary condition.
The Security Guard is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for all residents, visitors, staff and protecting Community property. Responsible for verifying the scheduled presence of all employees, and third party contractors on the grounds.
The Utility Worker performs a number of kitchen activities including pot washing, dish washing, and general cleaning duties, and storing food and non-food supplies. The Utility Worker may assist the cooks in the pre-preparation of ingredients for menu items.
The Healthcare Server is responsible for preparing and serving meals to health center residents in accordance with physician’s orders for modified and therapeutic diets, nutrition/hydration requirements, and Resident preference.
