CNA

Status: Non-Exempt | Always accepting applications

Qualifications/Duties: High school diploma/GED required. Certified as a Nursing Assistant. Previous experience in hospital or nursing home preferred but not required. Current CPR certification and evidence of Fingerprint Clearance required. Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with patients, residents, families, visitors and work in close cooperation with nursing staff.

LPN/RN

Status: Non-Exempt | Part Time and Full Time
Days: Vary/Weekends
Hours: Vary
Qualifications/Duties: LPN currently licensed by the State. Fingerprints clearance card and CPR Certification required. At least 6 months nursing experience. Geriatric involvement preferable. The ability to speak read and comprehend the English language. Must be able to work paying close attention to detail with frequent interruptions. Willingness to be available for any/all emergencies regarding the facility. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products

NIGHT CHARGE NURSE

Status: Non-Exempt | 1 Part Time
Days: Vary/Weekends

Qualifications/Duties: RN/LPN currently licensed by the State of Arizona. Current CPR Certification. Fingerprint Clearance Card required. At least 6 months nursing experience in long term care setting preferred. Geriatric involvement preferable. Previous experience in supervisory capacity desirable

COOK

Status: Non-Exempt | 1 Full Time
Days: Vary/Weekends
Hours: Vary
Qualifications/Duties: Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions in English and communicate effectively, and perform simple arithmetic. Ability to understand measurements and conversions. Experienced in all areas of cooking and food preparation. Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or club with fine dining preferred. Ability to plan and organize work, to interpret instructions, recipes, specifications and standards. Knowledge of kitchen equipment operations and maintenance. Some knowledge of nutrition and diet desirable. Free of any contagious diseases that may be transmitted through food or beverage substances, as specified annually in the American Disabilities Act and as evidenced by tuberculosis tests and physical examinations as required by law.

SERVER

Ability to understand and follow instructions in English and communicate effectively. Experience waiting tables in a hotel, restaurant or club with fine dining preferred; will train. Ability to interpret and explain menu, refer or answer questions, coordinate meal service process and understands requests. Ability to work in close cooperation with residents, guests, visitors, families, supervisor and peers. Requires courtesy, tact and graciousness.

DIETARY AIDE

Status: Non-Exempt | 2 Part Time

Qualifications/Duties: 1 year of food service experience at a nursing home, or similar establishment preferred. Ability to speak, understand and follow written and oral instructions in English, communicate effectively and perform simple arithmetic. Ability to plan and organize work in accordance with diet orders, and interpret specifications and standards. Ability to work in close cooperation with patients, residents, guests, visitors, families, supervisor and subordinates. Fundamental understanding of therapeutic diets, sanitation, and cleanliness. Free of any contagious diseases that may be transmitted through food or beverage substances, as required by law.

HOUSEKEEPER/LAUNDRY AIDE

Status: Non-Exempt | 2 Full Time
Days: Vary/Weekends
Hours: Vary
Qualifications/Duties: Previous housekeeping/laundry experience preferred, but not required. Requires fundamental knowledge of housekeeping equipment, cleaning chemicals and sanitation techniques. Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions in English and communicate effectively; perform simple math.

MAINTENANCE

High school education or equivalency. Technical schooling and/or background preferred. Previous general maintenance experience necessary. Must be knowledgeable in carpentry, masonry, plumbing and electricity. Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, communicates effectively, and performs simple arithmetic. Free of any contagious diseases and physically capable of performing maintenance work, evidenced by tuberculosis tests and physical examinations as required by law. Must be able to maintain a courteous, friendly and helpful attitude with the residents at all times.
