Our Life Plan Community offers choices.

When considering senior living options, you’ll find that not all Life Plan Communities are the same. At Sierra Winds, our contract options empower you with a range of choices.

Type C, Fee-for-Service

All things being equal, a fee-for-service contract typically requires the lowest monthly fees and possibly the lowest entrance fees compared to Types A and B. However, if higher levels of care, such as assisted living or skilled nursing, are required, your monthly fee will increase to reflect the market rate.

Rental

With our rental contract, you’ll find there’s a community fee but no entrance fee required. However, it’s worth mentioning that the monthly service fee may be higher compared to what you’d pay in a similar entrance fee community. Plus, should the need arise for a higher level of care in the future, like assisted living or skilled nursing, you would be responsible for covering the full market rate.
