Age confidently at home with Resident Services.
As part of our Life Care guarantee, Resident Services offers a menu of support options for you to choose from to help keep you as independent as possible and ultimately bridge the gap for any future care needs, right in the comfort of your own residence.
At Sierra Winds, our promise is to keep you independent longer, and if you ever need care, it’s available on campus for all stages of life. The Resident Services program gives you more flexibility and delivers a variety of in-home health services to your door – like those provided at a stand-alone assisted living or memory care facility. Our team of trained professionals take the worry and hassle out day-to-day tasks – if and when you need assistance with daily tasks of living – so you can get back to doing what you love.
Resident Services At-a-Glance

Should you decide to enroll in Resident Services, you’ll be matched with a compassionate licensed nurse, certified nursing assistant, or companion, based on your needs.
Your caregiver is dependable and trustworthy, carefully screened and selected to ensure you can safely welcome them into your home. Plus, they’re trained to be sensitive to your needs and will customize care according to your likes and dislikes.

“Resident Services has provided the additional support that we need. They are cooperative, reliable, thorough, knowledgeable, friendly and compassionate. They are equipped to handle all situations that arise.”
“I never took medicine before. When I came back to my home after the hospital I was on a lot of medication which required me to take my vitals twice a day and adjust my medication. I’m not a nurse and I didn’t want to make a mistake. I am delighted that Resident Services is here to help. I believe this is an advantage for us to have the service.”
-Resident since 2016.
